There are three bedrooms on the upper level and one on the lower level. There are two bedrooms with queen-size beds, one with a king-size bed, and the fourth has a sleigh bed for a child. There is a twin-sized sofa bed in the room adjoining the downstairs bedroom. The children's bedroom is upstairs and there is an fold-up mattress that can be used for a second child. There is also a pack'n'play for an infant. There are children's toys and books.
It is wheel-chair accessible on the upper floor. Wifi, television and land-line telephone. Propane Stove. Electric oven and microwave oven. Dishwasher, clothes washer, and dryer. Usual kitchen appliances.
The space
The House is on a hill overlooking the Tomales Bay tidal marsh. It is the last house up a private road. It is isolated by trees and vegetation from its neighbors. The only artificial light visible at night comes from farmsteads on the slope of the hill across the bay. At night the silence is nearly total. Tree frogs croak in the spring. Comfortably accommodates three couples and two children. Sleigh bed and pack ‘n’play for children.
